I’ve never taken the conventional path - and I don’t coach that way either.

I started my first business in my twenties with nothing but a backpack, a bold idea, and a borrowed sewing machine. I built it into an international clothing company from the beaches of Bali, managing a team of 56, while raising kids and chasing what I thought was “having it all.”

From the outside, it looked successful. But inside? I was running on empty.

For years, I kept pushing. I thought I could outrun the panic attacks, the fatigue, the sense that I was quietly crumbling under the weight of “having it all together.” But eventually, life made it clear: something had to change. And that change began with me - not abandoning everything I’d built, but reshaping the way I lived inside it.

I know what it’s like to hit a wall. To have the world see you as strong and capable while you feel like you’re barely holding on. And I know the courage it takes to ask for something different-something better.

That moment was my turning point. Instead of pushing through, I turned inward. I studied, trained, and rebuilt - and in the process, I discovered a new kind of success. One rooted in clarity, nervous system health, and habits that work with your life, not against it.

Now, with over 30 years of experience, I coach others through their own versions of that unraveling. The burnout. The disconnection. The pressure to keep it all together when inside it’s anything but.

I work with women and men who’ve built big lives - ambitious professionals who want to keep showing up, but no longer at the cost of their health, relationships, or peace of mind.

This isn’t about burning it all down. It’s about rebuilding what’s already there - stronger, clearer, and far more sustainable.

In our 20s, we felt invincible. We thrived on being busy, said yes to everything, and wore exhaustion like a badge of honour. By our 30s, the juggle got heavier — more responsibility, less time. Somewhere in our 40s, things shifted. Our bodies changed. Our sleep got patchy. The questions started creeping in. And now, in our 50s?
