Meet Amber
I’ve never taken a conventional path — and I don’t work in conventional ways.
I’ve built businesses, led teams, and carried significant responsibility while raising a family and living across multiple countries. From the outside, things looked successful. Inside, I learned first-hand the cost of holding a lot for a long time — and how quietly unsustainable that can become, even for capable, driven people.
What that chapter taught me wasn’t that something was wrong, but that the way I was operating needed to evolve. Not by burning everything down or stepping away from ambition, but by recalibrating how I lived and led within what I had already built.
That recalibration is the foundation of my work.
With over 30 years of experience across business, leadership, and embodied practice, I now support midlife professionals who are competent, relied upon, and under sustained pressure — and who recognise that pushing harder is no longer the answer.
My approach is grounded, direct, and discreet. I work at the level where pressure actually lands: in decision-making, capacity, and the nervous system. I’m known for creating steady, boundaried containers that allow meaningful change without oversharing, performance, or unnecessary disruption.
I blend executive-level coaching with embodied practice shaped by decades of movement, leadership, and international teaching. I’ve worked with leaders across education, healthcare, corporate, and professional services, and I’m trusted for my ability to stay calm, clear, and precise when things feel complex or heavy.
I work with women and men who want to keep showing up in their lives and leadership — just not at the cost of their health, clarity, or sense of self.
This work isn’t about fixing or reinventing.
It’s about learning how to carry what you already hold differently.
How I work:
I work with people who are capable, experienced, and carrying real responsibility — and who recognise that the way they’ve been operating is no longer sustainable.
My work is structured, discreet, and grounded in real life. I don’t offer quick fixes or generic frameworks, and I don’t ask you to overhaul your life. Instead, I create steady containers that allow you to recalibrate how you lead, decide, and carry pressure — without adding more complexity or demand.
The focus is not on doing more, but on changing how the load is held. This work meets you where pressure actually lands: in your nervous system, your decision-making, and your capacity to respond rather than push.
Support is practical, contained, and designed to integrate into full lives. No oversharing. No performance. Clear boundaries and clear direction.
I work primarily through The Midlife Leadership Reset™, an application-based program for people who value discretion, depth, and support that holds under real-world pressure.
